Eric Stueckrath, Member

Eric Stueckrath has led Outlook Nebraska for more than two decades, bringing extensive experience in operations management and executive leadership. He joined the organization as interim executive director in 2001, and was appointed executive director in 2004. Under his leadership, Outlook Nebraska has earned multiple National Industries for the Blind (NIB) awards, including recognition for Quality Work Environment, Employment Achievement, Retention and Growth, and Upward Mobility. The organization also received the Nebraska Safest Company Award from the National Safety Council for six consecutive years, from 2017 to 2022.

Eric serves on several boards, including the National Association for the Employment of People Who Are Blind (NAEPB), where he serves as treasurer. His board service also includes Heartland Workforce Solutions and the Elkhorn Athletic Association. He previously chaired the NAEPB, the Omaha Amputee Golf Association, the Elkhorn Soccer Club, and the Elkhorn Girls Softball Association.

He has been a Vistage member since 2015, and is active in the Suburban Rotary Club. Eric is also a member of the Omaha Chamber’s Ambassador Committee.

A graduate of Leadership Omaha (Class 34), Eric was recognized as a Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2014.
