Kevin: In terms of our Business Management Training Program, were very fortunate that we are working with George Mason University.

Billy: We also have a program focused on training individuals to be Contract Management Specialists, through courses with Defense Acquisition University.

I really didn't know a whole lot about contracts and the whole process, but it showed you as you go on, steps of what you're supposed to do.

Billy: The success of the students that participate, has been amazing. We had an individual leverage those courses into a job with the NAVY, and is now a warranted 1102, which in the contract field, it's a big deal.

Shelley: We hire very capable individuals. They are able to perform these jobs in the same degree as any sighted individual.

Billy: Another program we're working on is the Sourcing Program, that focuses on training individuals to become recruiters.

Mahesh: Are some of them capable of managing their jobs, in any industry? The answer is, yes.

Kevin: It is amazing how many barriers have come down, because of the advances that have been made in technology. And we want to be on the
cutting edge of all of it.

Billy: What we want to focus on, is the capabilities and the talent of the
candidates that are coming in and breaking down the misperceptions.

Tevin: I don't see any difference between myself and a sighted counterpart, it's about what's up here and what's in here.
Shelley: It's very much a priority to keep these professional individuals, employed.

Mahesh: Participants in this program, have actually gone up to become CEO's of agencies.
