Patrick Lindsey is the president and CEO of LCI, leading six manufacturing plants, three distribution centers, and 58 Base Supply Center stores. In three and a half short years, Mr. Lindsey’s foresight and leadership have increased efficiencies, revenue, and employment of people who are blind.
In 2022, Mr. Lindsey led the onboarding of Marine Corps’ nine base supply centers, Department of Homeland Security Safety Stock Program, and opened LCI’s third distribution center. He is also a member of the LC Industries Foundation Board, whose mission is to improve the lives of people who are blind. With his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Lindsey has an innate ability to employ strategies that maximize organizational capabilities, operations, service offerings, and staff performance. He joined LCI in October of 2014 as chief operating officer and was promoted to president and CEO on October 1, 2021.
Prior to his success at LCI, Mr. Lindsey was a partner with a national accounting firm, responsible for supervising the engagement team, resolving accounting issues, and maintaining client relationships. He specialized in franchised dealerships, manufacturing and distribution, and subprime finance companies. Mr. Lindsey has worked with numerous large, complex publicly and privately held companies. His advisory services have assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions ($1M–$500M), assets-based lending due diligence ($200M), internal control structure design and modification, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and projections included in lending packages.
