Wendy Roldan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Administration and Management

Wendy Roldan is senior vice president and chief financial officer at National Industries for the Blind, where she provides strategic vision, leadership, and oversight for the organization’s Finance, Human Resources, and Administrative functions. In this role, she is responsible for guiding financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a strong organizational culture. 

Ms. Roldan’s leadership extends across financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, treasury management, internal and external financial reporting, audit and tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, program sales reporting, and facilities management. Additionally, she oversees human resources strategy, including talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and compliance, as well as administrative operations to support the organization’s overall mission. 

Before joining NIB, Ms. Roldan spent 11 years driving finance and business strategy at nonprofit organizations, where she led Finance, Human Resources, and IT teams. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting and analysis, budget development, cash flow management, compliance, and operational oversight. Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, she spent 17 years in public accounting specializing in nonprofit audit and tax. 

Ms. Roldan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. She is a CPA licensed in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
